- We advise you on the best marketing strategy for your home, but will cater to your desires.
- We believe that it’s best for us to be present for every showing of your home, because we know your home inside and out. Buyers agent’s aren’t going to sell your home, your list agent is. While a lock box is good for emergencies, we make a point to show your home whenever a buyer wants to see it!
- We hire professional photographers, and spare no expense to ensure that your property has the best chance to sell for the best price possible, on your timeline.
- Adding a property to the MLS is NOT a marketing strategy. When we list your property, we find buyers…and make sure they learn about your home!
- He or she should be extremely responsive to you and perspective buyers.
- When you hire us to sell your home, we will NOT turn down a request by a buyer to see your home, because of our schedule. You should insist that your property is shown at a buyers convenience each and every time. If they have trouble getting an appointment to see your home, they will be less likely to want to purchase it!
- When buyers have questions, we provide answers right away! The longer we wait, the greater the chance that the buyers will move on to another option.
- Your agent should be passionate about your home and your neighborhood.

Our Northwest Indiana group is best equipped to sell your home in St. John, Dyer, Schererville, Merrilville, Cedar Lake, Crown Point, Lowell and Highland. Our Chicago group is focused on selling homes North of Roosevelt Road, East of Cicero, and only as far North as Wilmette. If you live outside of these boundaries, then we likely aren’t the best fit for you. If you are selling in these area’s though, we know your area like the back of our hands, and our knowledge and experience with your neighborhood will allow us to personally sell buyers on why they want to live in your home!
